Support
In 1970, Joan Myers Brown founded PHILADANCO! to address the lack of professional opportunities for dancers of color in the Delaware Valley. Thanks to her determination and the support of funders and donors for over 50 years, PHILADANCO! has become a premier Philadelphia cultural institution, performing for over 100,000 people across the country and around the world each year, with thousands of alumni represented in dance, the arts, business, education, and government around the world.
PHILADANCO! relies on charitable contributions to support its artistic and educational work. Please consider a gift of any amount to help continue Joan Myers Brown’s tradition of nurturing talent and creating dance excellence.
